The Answers You Need
HOW TO SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY
For steel parts, please bring them to us degreased, dry and as clean as possible.
Any grease, water or oil blocks our machines up.
We don't mind degreasing and cleaning parts before blasting but this incurs an hourly charge.
NON FERROUS METALS, MATING SURFACES AND INTERFERENCE FITS
Blasting aluminium parts is a great way to blend in light scratches and blend in any repairs that your parts may need.
We do mask off all mating surfaces and any areas you don't want blasted with a special tape.
GETTING YOUR PARTS READY FOR PAINT
We'll give them back to you ready to go or if they're steel we give them a spray with a primer that can be easily wiped off with acetone or can be welded straight away without rubbing back.
We can also handle your painting in house!
